Consultation for Donation
I offer a limited number of case consultations (or other forms of professional development, such as writing consultation) in exchange for a donation to an organization that fights world hunger or supports trans youth, such as:
World Central Kitchen https://donate.wck.org/give/236738/#!/donation/checkout
Feeding India https://www.feedingindia.org/donate/feedingindia
Trans Youth Equality Foundation https://www.transyouthequality.org/donate
The minimum donation is $150 (and please give as much as you can) for clinicians in private practice and $100 for clinicians working only in hospital or clinic settings. (For clinicians outside of the US, you can determine an appropriate amount to your income and fees. (If these donations are genuinely too high, please contact me and we can make arrangements.) These consultations may be limited to one per clinician depending on the demand. (For those currently in individual consultation with me, please schedule an extra session for this.). Clinicians of all orientations and training are welcome. I want to extend a special invitation to clinicians working in non-American and non-Western cultures, as I am particularly interested in studying how the dynamics of countertransference and emotional function across different cultures. If you are interested in arranging a session, please email me at dr.paulgeltner@paulgeltneranalyst.com
